Unlike some electronic commerce or web-based companies who say, "Right to privacy... you don't have one, get over it," The computer classroom, Inc.'s founders have always believed in their heart and soles in the spirit as well as the letter of the drafters of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States of America, and other free nations that followed, that there is and remains a fundamental human right, "to be left alone."
We further believe that despite the stupidity of the members of the United States Supreme Court, as manifested in their rulings, that the right to "be secure in their papers and personal effects" extends to your computer files, the "electronic paper" of today.
Therefore, The Computer Classroom, Inc. pledges that as long as its founders have anything to say about it, we will not ever, ever, ever, sell any information you provide to us to anyone else, including the ever-more powerful (and to us, scary) "Justice" department or any other law enforcement agency on any fishing expedition. We will move our data offshore and out of reach of the long arm of such anti-constitutional fanatics before we give them your data without just cause. Period.
Nor will we use it to bombard you with unsolicited e-mails (sometimes referred to as "spam"). If you want information related to our products, we will give it to you. If you ask us to stop sending you the information, we will stop. It is that simple.
Please enjoy The Computer Classroom, Inc.'s web site in the spirit of the web's founders, knowing that your information is safe with us.
